We want you to love your backyard oasis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Shipment

  Ensure the item is in its original condition and securely packaged. For tanks, please ensure they are drained and cleaned.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  For oversized freight items, we will coordinate a carrier pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
